Accommodation

We offer a charming range of chalet accommodation throughout the grounds and gardens. Some people prefer a spacious Premier Suite Chalet, or there is also a range of comfortable Premier and Standard Chalet options, as well as our lovely Lodge Rooms.

Premier Suite Chalets - Our Premier Suite Chalets are the best in the Village. A suite gives you your own sitting room as well as the bedroom.

Premier Chalets - With classy furnishings, the ambience is as relaxed as the Suffolk Coast.

Standard Chalets - Our ground and first floor Standard Chalet rooms are tastefully decorated, situated in lovely parts of the grounds and gardens.

Dining

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and here at Gunton we do take it seriously. Help yourself to a full English, or continental if that's more your style. Then in the evening let us treat you to the best of British and international cuisine.

The Rosewood – There are always plenty of British classics on the menu, list Roast Lamb and Cottage Pie. However, if you are fancying something a little more - abroad, we offer all your international favourites such as curries and Italian cuisine.

If you would rather enjoy a more active visit to Gunton we have an abundance of activities to keep you on your toes. Wander round our lake and look for the Kingfishers or try fresh water angling. Have a game of shuffleboard on the village green with your neighbours or get together for a game of pitch 'n' putt. No matter how you choose to fill your days we have plenty on offer to make them unforgettable!

How to get there:

Gunton is set in a wooded glade a short walk from the sea, 10 minutes from Lowestoft and just under an hour south-east of Norwich.

From the A12

• Follow the A12 from London and continue through to Lowestoft.
• Once past Lowestoft continue on the A12 for approximately 3 miles until you approach a large roundabout.
• Continue over the roundabout and at the brow of the hill turn right in to Gunton Avenue.
• Gunton Coastal Resort is situated at the very end.

From the A1 (M) / M1

• From the A1 (M) /M1 follow the A47 towards Great Yarmouth.
• Take the A12, heading south for approximately 8 miles.
• At the end on the dual carriage way take the 2nd left into Gunton Avenue.
• Gunton Coastal Village is situated at the very end.
